Business Analyst (blockchain personal bank)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a data-driven approach, who will be the vital link between our software development process and business objectives. 

If your passion is Fintech, you are the guru in business and product analytics, have experience in banking, payments, or cryptocurrencies, there is a great chance to join a team with the ambitious goal to bring cryptocurrency into our day-to-day life.   

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business, system, or product analysis;
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;
• Experience from software companies or in FinTech and Crypto field;
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives;
• Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English level skill;
• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organized, multi-tasking;
• Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment;
• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and wireframes;
• Knowledge of API, integration protocols, and data formats;
• Experience in data structure and data storage;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus;
• Be flexible to change and uncertainty tolerant;
• A sense of humor is a must.

Responsibilities

Improve conversions in a user’s journey

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer - Conversion Rate Optimization;
• Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel: optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), email chains, and push notifications;
• A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs;
• Define reporting and alerting requirements for product and business analytics;
• Report on sales revenue generated from all marketing efforts and channels;

Support a product development process

• Analyze feature requests from the stakeholders to set priority and business value;
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and UX/UI designs;
• Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details;
• Identifying and mitigating security risks while preparing specifications for development;
• Contribute to the corporate knowledge base;
• Act as a point of contact between the marketing and the development team to execute new landing page creation and other activities to optimize conversions.
