The international private telecommunication services provider enabling Aggregators, OTTs, MNO, MVNO and enterprise customers easily integrate mobile interactions into their business as well as bring additional monetization within traditional mobile services. Headquartered in Estonia DOTT, at the same time, has a globally spread young and dynamic team of telecom professionals working efficiently to deliver high quality services to its customers.

The company was established in 2016. Since 2020 it has GSMA Associated Member status.

The employee taking this role will be responsible for partnerships and business development with mobile network operators MNOs and MVNOs around the globe regarding the lease of E.164 mobile numbers' ranges to utilize them as SMS mobile inbound numbers provided to customers of DOTT and as the result brining additional revenues to such MNOs/MVNOs. Also the employee should make efforts to establish SMS-interworking between such MNOs/MVNOs and DOTT’s subsidiaries MVNOs

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for new leads in the world of MNOs/MVNOs remotely, on site or by attending industry events.
  • Converting leads into partnerships and signed contracts on profitable terms and making project launched.
  • Managing further relations with MNOs/MVNOs growth business, resolve commercial issues, looking for new opportunities etc.
  • Managing rates, related documentation, numbering resources etc.
  • Following company’s business development plans.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales/accounts management experience in a business related to SMS interworking/roaming MNO/MVNO, SMS Hub, roaming hub, Tier-1 telecom carrier/SMS aggregator and/or in sales of wholesale telecom services to MNOs/MVNOs.
  • Existed sufficient network of contacts in the world of MNOs/MVNOs.
  • Sales and business development skills.
  • Fluent English, self-motivated and organized, ability to travel.

Job details

  • Full-time employment in Estonian entity directly or as a contractor.
  • Remote or office Tallinn/Riga/Limassol/Moscow/Delhi work depends on a candidate current location.
  • Remuneration: depends of an experience and skills + monthly commission fee from revenues on acquired numbers. Discussed during the interview

Preferred location of the candidate: Baltic States, Russia, other CIS countries, EU. But the rest of the world may be considered as well.
