Customer Support in Logistics (Spanish only)

We are a 3PL (Third Party Logistic) Company from Canada 30 years on the North America market and we want to offer long-distance transportation services (ground, air & ocean) to North American manufacturing companies that have shipments to move.

Duties: Booking and tracking of ongoing shipments in cooperation with carriers. Providing support to carriers is case of Emergency situation. Searching, negotiating and dealing with carriers and developing long-lasting relationships with them.

Communicating on estimated time of arrival updates to ensure shipments are delivered within agreed service levels.

Requirements:

Spanish level Advanced, English level Upper-Intermediate, experience in Customer Support or work with foreigners will be an advantage

Working conditions:

• Evening Shift from 16:00 to 1:00 local time.
