Production Engineer

Time & Space Ukraine LLC is a new European family production company opened in March 2018 in Stryi with currently 300 employees and constantly growing.

The company is specialised in wire-harness assembly for home appliance and automotive.

• Duties:
• Leading a production area of approx. 40 employees wthin the production organisation
• Responsilbe for fulfilment of production orders
• Supporting of transfers of new processes from the client – West European
• Adjusting production capacities according to production plan
• Support of all activities to keep and follow the production KPI targets
• Monitoring of the production and resolve issues
• Provide the specification, evaluation and implementation of new improved methods for production processes
• Implementation and maintain of standardized working places
• Responsible for 5S in dedicated production areas
• Supporting hiring, training and evaluation of production employees
• Monitor and review the performance of directs/indirect and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Setting up and monitoring of production norms
• Supporting ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications in cooperation with quality department
• Continuous improvement of production related processes
• Direct reporting to production manager
• Daily communication with all departments within the company

Requirements:

• University degree, min. 26 years old
• 2+ y. of experience as process, product engineer in automotive
• Experience in transfer of production lines is an advantage
• Natural “Leader” , excellent communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Office (Excel master)
• Knowledge of ERP - Software is advantage
• Living in Stryi or Stryi district/ relocations package available
• !! Advanced English is a must – daily communication with clients and foreign directors
