We are a 5 years-old successful fin-tech startup looking for an experienced Executive Assistant person to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Work from 9:00 to 17:00.
  2. Being creative with lead generation
  3. Sales management assistance
  4. Providing personal and executive support.
  5. Manage the company’s calendar
  6. Conduct various researches, prepare short reports.
  7. Create spreadsheets and keep them up to date
  8. Assemble weekly newsletter to send to our subscribers base
  9. Update telegram on a daily basis with the latest news
  10. Mail clients and providers on a daily basis
  11. Review, edit and publish articles in English on WordPress based channels on a daily basis
  12. Writing daily internal and external (for clients) reports
  13. Lead generation (and coming up with more ideas of lead generation)
  14. Fluent spoken and written English

Requirements:

  • Fluent/ advanced level of spoken and written English is a MUST;
  • Preference to the candidates with 1+ year experience in SMM management, content publication/editing, or doing administrative work.
  • Expertise with the Google Suite (Gmail, Gslides, Gsheets, Gdocs, Gcal) and MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience in fast-paced work environments, interest in blockchain and tech startup is a plus.
  • Be proactive with the work and look for improvements

Personal qualities:

  • Very detail-oriented and extremely organized.
  • Ability to make quick decisions independently and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a effective and correct way (customer service and great grammar is a must)
  • A high degree of initiative — someone who is proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
