We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.

Your impact:

• Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees to help them maintain or improve job skills.
• Deliver and facilitate training via live classroom, live events/conferences, onsite training, web/video conference, and one-on-one training.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
• Design and develop creative, high quality, interactive learning content for remote and classroom training including lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, videos, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, interactive eLearning, and evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to provide customized training solutions.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in learning & development roals.
• Excellent organization and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship development, and written communication skills to connect with all levels throughout the company.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively present technical and complex information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
• Ability to handle multitasking efficiently.
• Excellent office software skills.
