Junior Project Manager

Requirements:

• Work experience at least a year as an IT project manager 
• Understanding of web development processes
• Good communication skills, the ability to build effective working relationships with the team, clients, management and other departments within the company 
• Willingness to make independent decisions and the ability to argue for them 
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time 
• Responsibility and commitment to complete the work 
• Ability to delegate tasks

Responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of requirements 
• Setting tasks for performers and monitoring implementation 
• Estimation and control of terms 
• Working with a team: holding meetings, discussing and making technical decisions, evaluating employee performance, participating in hiring new employees 
• Participation in meetings and negotiations with management, keeping records 
• Working with assistants, mentoring
