Certification&Import Specialist / Фахівець з сертифікації та імпорту

Key responsibilities: Certification of Decathlon products and Management of Import process (transportation and customs clearance)  

Seniority Level:  Junior or Middle level specialist (~ 2 years of experience in the relevant field) 

Key requirements: 

• You are passionate about Sports

• Your level of English is upper intermediate or higher (you will regularly communicate with colleagues from other countries) 

• You have relevant experience in the field of certification and/or import logistics 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Certification:

• You centralize all rules, regulations and requirements for the products in terms of compliance, certification & labelling

• You arrange certification of goods (obtaining Sanitary Conclusions, Declarations of conformity, Quality Certificates, licenses and other conformity documents required for customs clearance and commercial purpose)

• You manage cooperation with manufacturers, suppliers, conformity experts in Decathlon group, state authorities, laboratories and certification companies concerning certification process

Import (Transport&Customs):

• You coordinate transportation of goods from European warehouses to Decathlon stores (transport planning, control of loading, delivery and unloading process) 

• You control transportation lead time and costs 

• You guarantee quality application of customs regulations/procedures specific to your customs zone, by coordinating analyses/actions to set up at operational level, in order to maintain the company's credibility with customs authorities.

• You coordinate custom clearance: manage brokers, calculate customs cost, control customs payments, optimize process, guarantee lead times 

• You communicate with custom authorities, group and local management of Decathlon, internal branches (production subsidiaries, warehouse etc.).
