At this point, Zelh is looking for a Logistics Account Manager.

The Logistics Account Manager is responsible for the overall freight management of shipments of assigned shipping accounts. It is essential for this position to conduct the necessary activities that will a) produce results that will garner customer trust, b) be complementary to existing company competencies, and c) produce above-average gross net revenue/profit. This position has broad responsibilities including freight sales, customer spot pricing, carrier price negotiation, and operational duties.

Our Account Managers leverage GlobalTranz’s services and freight solutions to nurture relationships, and build lasting partnerships with customers. Account Managers are responsible for operating and managing their customer accounts by serving as the dedicated manager who ensures operational standards are met in terms of quoting, booking, managing, and developing customer accounts.

Essential job functions required:

• Serve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service offerings, market trends, and industry standards, and effectively provide quotes considering all variable factors
• Proactively develop strategies and solutions that address each client’s unique challenges.
• Quote customer’s spot and contractual freight opportunities
• Sustain customer relationships and customer growth on accounts awarded to you
• Negotiate prices with carriers and develop a carrier base around lanes
• Manage both broker and customer service aspects of assigned shipments and /or accounts
• Ensure proper and sufficient communication is provided as it relates to Customer payment issues, operational issues, potential issues, or any foreseen issues, pricing concerns, customer needs (current and potential), customer leads, etc.
• Ensure operating procedures and protocols are adhered to.
• Be aggressively responsive to other company operating units and their needs.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions that always keep the long-term interest of the customer as the first priority.
• Ensure the performance of our agency’s annual goals and objectives through individual goal success.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1+ year of experience in project coordination/management is a MUST
• Strong Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English is a MUST
• 1 + Years of Logistics experience required an Experienced Leader with a strong background in logistics is a MUST
• Experience in communication with foreign clients is a MUST
• Demonstrable knowledge of the freight brokerage/trucking industry
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills — persuasiveness, aggressiveness, confidence, resilience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Self-starter capable of working independently and making decisions with limited supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
• Basic PC skills- Microsoft Excel, Word

Working conditions:

• The schedule: 3 PM -12 AM Ukrainian Time

Менеджер з логістики несе загальну відповідальність за координацію та керівництво процесами формування цін, бронювання, керування та виставлення рахунків за вантажі клієнтів у США та Канаді. Менеджер з логістики відповідає за стратегічну діяльність у сфері керування обліковими записами, зв’язків із операторами та обслуговування клієнтів, а також контролює впровадження найкращих практик і цілей ощадливого виробництва для нашої команди логістики відповідно до задоволеності клієнтів і витрат.

Основні функціональні обов’язки:

• Продаж вантажів
• Ціноутворення на місці
• Переговори щодо ціни перевізника
• Оперативні обов’язки
• Працюати на результат, щоб завоювати довіру клієнтів
• Бути доповненням до наявних компетенцій компанії
• Виробляти валовий чистий дохід/прибуток вище середнього
• Загальне «повсякденне» управління вантажними перевезеннями та/або призначеними рахунками доставки
• Відстежувати, збирати, аналізувати та звітувати статистичні дані щодо продуктивності операцій, точності, ефективності, обсягу та результатів проектів.
• Щотижнева зустріч із президентом компанії та керівниками відділів щодо обговоритицілі та нові завдання.
• Забезпечувати дотримання та ефективне керування усіма політиками та процедурами.

Мінімальні вимоги:

• Досвід від 1+ року координації/управління проектами є ОБОВ’ЯЗКОВИМ
• Сильний рівень англійської мови Upper-Intermediate (вище середнього)/ Advanced (просунутий) — є ОБОВ’ЯЗКОВИМ
• Досвіду 2+ роки у логістиці є ОБОВ’ЯЗКОВИМ
• Досвід у спілкуваанні з іноземники клієнтами — ОБОВ’ЯЗКОВИМ
• Бакалаври з управління бізнесом, або еквівалентне поєднання освіти та досвіду буде ПЛЮСОМ
• Орієнтований на деталі
• Хороший комунікатор
• Відмінні здібності до розв’язання проблем

Умови праці :

• Графік роботи по буднях (пн.-пт): з 15:00 — по 00:00 за українським часом
