We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Kharkiv team!
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at GeoGuard, you will play a key role in our marketing strategy and contribute to GeoGuard's successful entry into the FinTech space. Our world leading geolocation and fraud prevention technology has already made a huge impact in the online gaming and OTT streaming video market and now we're ready to conquer the FinTech industry.
You'll be responsible for ensuring we get the right message, to the right person, at the time via the full gamut of digital media channels, in order to reach our target audience in cryptocurrency, payments processing and complementary FinTech solutions providers.
You'll support both our outbound content marketing strategy by distributing a wide range of materials and our inbound strategy by ensuring that anyone looking for a way to reduce fraud in their organization, or to comply with KYC, AML and other emerging regulations, can easily find us.
Please note, this is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with a track record of B2B internet marketing success in the technology industry, preferably with experience and knowledge of the FinTech market.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but not limited to):
Create and implement internet marketing strategies to disseminate a wide variety of materials including product collateral, blog posts, LinkedIn updates, tweets, white papers, eBooks, video content, case studies and press releases to drive a continuous flow of qualified leads
Manage and optimize website structure, content and landing pages to ensure a great user experience and high conversion rate while maintaining SEO best practices
Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and implement changes to improve conversion rates
Manage email campaigns using email marketing best practices including template design and calls-to-action, while ensuring effectiveness via A/B testing
Manage social media accounts and ensure a continuous flow of high value content to our followers and target audience
Work closely with various inhouse and outsourced content creators to ensure content is optimized for internet marketing
Manage paid internet-based advertising campaigns and sponsored content via Google Adwords, LinkedIn and relevant industry news sites
Proactively stay on top of emerging digital marketing trends, to develop future growth strategies and new opportunities
Mine SalesForce and utilize Pardot in order to design effective marketing automation processes for effective drip marketing campaigns
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs using Jira
Skills and qualifications:
3 to 5 years' experience in an internet marketing role, preferably with experience in a FinTech based company
Degree or advanced certificate in Communications, Marketing or Business related field is preferred
Thorough understanding of internet marketing and the lead generation process for technology companies
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing styles to different audiences and media
Experience using Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRMs and marketing automation tools
Experience using Google Analytics along with excellent data analysis skills
Experience and expertise in the use of social media for B2B promotion
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
Proven ability to be dependable, thorough, well-organized and is a quick learner
Ability to multitask, collaborate with various teams and follow up with team members on actions
Excellent organization and time management skills
