Position Title: Accountant

Pay: $780 (Salary review after 3 months)

Shift: 14:00-23:00 (Kiev time)

Position Summary:

The Accountant will be assisting the Accounting department in processing invoices and checking the documents for the carriers. The position includes cooperation with our Chicago office and Analytics team to make sure that all documents are done properly and just in time.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and double-checking all the processes of the Accounting Department
• Processing invoices
• Checking and uploading documents
• Sending requests 
• Communication with Nestle via calls

Skills Required:

• The ability to communicate effectively in English is a must (Upper-intermediate/ Advanced level)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Ability to learn PCS and other company software
• Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
