The Logistics Sales Executive is a key role in the organization whose job it is to make sure that all loads are covered for the best pricing. This will include the negotiations of rates and development of relationships. The Executive Sales Executive will work with transportation carriers and develop a network that will bring efficiency in service and pricing to Everest.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all loads are moved;
• Ensure target costs are met for shipments;
• Establish relationships with carriers;
• Negotiate rates;
• Work with the sales team to solve issues in transit and identify new opportunities;
• Work with the Tracking Team to ensure proper transit;
• Other activities

Skills Required:

• Strong English Skills (Upper-intermediate/Advanced level);
• Knowledge of the logistics industry or desire to learn;
• Ability to communicate effectively;
• Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations;
• Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations;
• Ability to work independently
