Paralegal/Junior Associate, Commercial Litigation

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Paralegal/Junior Associate position in Commercial Litigation practice

Responsibilities:

• supporting lawyers in complex and high-profile litigations (commercial, civil and administrative);
• research on various Ukrainian law legal matters;
• drafting procedural documents (claims, motions, appeals, etc.);
• document management (e.g. photocopy, scan, delivery, etc.);
• interacting with state authorities, participation in court hearings as requested;
• participation in various business development and PR activities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience;
• complete university Degree in Law;
• strong analytical thinking, professional communication (oral and written) skills;
• high level of presentation, time management and prioritization skills;
• excellent analytical skills, knowledge of legal terminology and research skills;
• personal qualities: communication, openness, stress-resistance, flexibility, initiative, and effectiveness;
• upper-Intermediate level of English is a must.
