The core focus of this role is to provide general HR service for employees and managers. This will be done through the following activities:

• Managing recruitment and on-boarding processes, providing support to hiring managers;
• Supporting development and training activities;
• Ensuring that the relevant HR policies and practices are completed;
• Advising line managers on HR procedures;
• Handling compensation and benefits activities, providing guidance/advice and information to staff and managers as appropriate;
• Participating in different HR projects;
• Supporting documentation and procedural requirements, in accordance with Ukrainian Labor legislation.

The position is based in Nikolaev, and part of a team of 3 people. It will report to our HR Manager, also located in Nikolaev.

What do we expect from our HR Generalist?

You are a reliable professional, with a passion for offering prompt support to your colleagues in all HR matters. Furthermore, you are able to set up efficiently your priorities and pay proper attention to ensure compliance to Bunge rules. What else do we expect?

• University degree; a Master diploma or other certification in Human Resources area is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company
• Good understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation
• English skills- minimum upper intermediate level
• Professional user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of 1C 
• Good communication skills
