Business Process Analyst

Job responsibilities:

• Performance analysis and description of existing «AS IS» business processes, development and implementation of «TO BE» processes;
• Collection and formalization of requirements for describing business processes;
• Structure developing for evaluating performance of business processes;
• Reengineering / optimizing of business processes
• Organization and participation in optimization projects
• Elaboration of business requirements for software functionality and information systems development, preparation of technical tasks for process automation;
• Business processes modeling using software products

Requirements:

• High education (Qualification - IT, economics, mathematics, cybernetics, management);
• work experience of at least 5 years as an analyst / IT specialist in business systems development / methodologist in manufacturing companies, branching companies;
• Knowledge of methodology and standards of business process analysis and description;
• Skills for business process modeling;
• Experience in software development and implementation projects (application information systems, including ERP systems);
• Skills for working with business process documentation tools and BPM systems;
• Experience in BPM systems implementation and operation;
• MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, ARIS, BPM tools, platforms EDMS, SAP (preferable)
