Job responsibilities:
- Payroll review analytics by the category of position, offering suggestions concerning salary review
- Supporting organizational structure, personnel chart
- HR analytics, preparation of analytic materials
- Participation in the development of standard documents concerning remuneration
- Participation in C&B projects (new motivation systems development, KPI, grades, involvement)
- Participation in various HR-projects
Requirements:
- High education (economic)
- Min. 2 years on positions whether benefits and compensation specialist, salary accountant in large companies
- PC-skills: Excel and Power point - high level
- Software skills (1-С, SAP, other)
- English - upper-intermediate
