C&B specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Payroll review analytics by the category of position, offering suggestions concerning salary review
• Supporting organizational structure, personnel chart
• HR analytics, preparation of analytic materials
• Participation in the development of standard documents concerning remuneration
• Participation in C&B projects (new motivation systems development, KPI, grades, involvement)
• Participation in various HR-projects

Requirements:

• High education (economic)
• Min. 2 years on positions whether benefits and compensation specialist, salary accountant in large companies
• PC-skills: Excel and Power point - high level
• Software skills (1-С, SAP, other)
• English - upper-intermediate
