Job responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and development of export sales, tactical plan development for key partners
- Market analysis of export countries for the company's products, active search for new potential partners and countries of sales
- Developing and maintaining of long-term cooperation with customers
- Conclusion and support of foreign trade contracts
- Negotiating and business correspondence with partners (logistics companies, distributors, brokers) on working conditions and supply optimization
- Planning, organization, supply control for timely shipment to export countries
- Control and support of deliveries at all stages - from placement to order invoice
- Control of timely payment of export payments
- Registration and paperwork of necessary accompanying documentation (delivery schedules, certificates, permits, licenses)
Requirements:
High education (economic, medical, pharmaceutical)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Successful experience in sales from 3 years preferably in pharmaceutical area
- Languages: English upper-intermediate
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Readiness to business trip: 25% of working time
