Ensure that business process outcomes are aligned with company goals, standards, and regulations

Control and monitor Company’s compliance according to industry standards Continuously improve business processes

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates Company’s activities and processes to enhance their compliance according to industry standards and regulations
• Conducts internal audits and assessment of the Integrated Management System
• Coordinates and performs external audits
• Initiates and leads improvement to the Integrated Management System
• Manages documentation, process descriptions, policies, manuals, etc.
• Guides personnel how to comply with rules and processes
• Defines quality measurements for key business processes
• Consolidates and prepares reports based on collected quality measurements from key business processes
• Coordinates risk management activities
• Manages CPAR storage and cultivating continuous improvements process

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:MUST HAVE:

• +3 years of experience in a combination of compliance, QMS, risk management, information security
• Practice-based knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, or equivalent standards
• Solid experience in developing and conducting internal audits
• Risk management experience
• Incident management experience
• Solid understanding of a software development lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of BCP/DRP process
• Knowledge of document management and business process transformation approaches

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Knowledge of TISAX requirements, safety related standards
• Certifications like ISO 27001 Internal Auditor/ ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or ISO 27001/ISO 9001 Lead Implementer
