BI/Data Senior Engineer #7012

As Senior BI/Data engineer you will work on one of the world largest marketplace, building, maintaining and enhancing existing data queries/models to make data available for business partners and stakeholders.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build/consume/migrate data pipelines in superset platform for the data visualization
• Analyze and troubleshoot any failures in the data pipeline.
• Create/optimize complex queries
• Build visualization dashboards
• Identify the data that describes inconsistencies between the client and server databases
  

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• At least 5 years of experience in BI/Data Engineering
• Excellent SQL / data management skills
• Solid knowledge of big data analytics engines such as Hive, Presto
• Experience with visualization tools (Superset, Tableau or others)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Think at scale, and with high availability
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written)
• Fast research and learning skills
  

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Development experience with Scala, Python, Java
