PHP Team Lead for Lohika Security Identity Project

For our Client that is providing security certificates we are building a security identity system from scratch. Our Client is the biggest player in the industry providing a world class identity, authentication, and encryption solutions. A product focused on Private/Public Key Infrastructure for IoT will be built from scratch therefore latest technologies and approaches will be used. All architecture and technology decisions are taken by Lohika. Currently, we are looking for PHP Team Lead who will be able to participate in the whole life cycle of the new product and find the best technical solutions for the project.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Hold the Team Leader role, manage 4+ people team
• Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements
• Work in close contact with team members and project stakeholders on customer's site
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
• Write quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment
• Take part in requirements analysis
• Interact with customer and provide technical solutions
• Conducts technical interviews with new candidates

Education, skills and experience:

• 5+ years of commercial PHP development experience
• 3+ years of Technical/Team Leadership experience
• Commercial experience with Slim, Symfony, or Laravel
• Strong skills in HTML/CSS/Javascript, preferably Vue.JS
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD technics
• Unit Testing
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with NoSQL: Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase
• Data Security Principles
• Java, Python, Go, Node.JS experience
