We are looking for HR Assistant/Junior HR Manager in our friendly team, who can grow professionally with our company
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Recruitment with different issues in hiring process
- Assist with the recruitment process, performing reference checks and issuing contracts if needed
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations in different locations
- Participate in creation, development and implementation of onboarding process in company
- Meeting new team members, onboarding and signing all needed documents with them, providing support in any question
- Schedule meetings, onboarding events and maintain agendas
- Perform update records of new staff
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 0,5 year of experience as an HR Assistant/Junior HR Manager
- Understanding of HR functions and goals is mandatory and candidates without it won't be proceeded
- Creative, flexible, responsible person with a positive attitude
- Understanding that HR function is about excellent service for every colleague in different situations is a MUST
- Understanding of HR best practices will be a great plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to details
- English Intermediate + level
