Our Great Opportunity 

We are now looking for a UDM integration engineer, who will be responsible for efficient service delivery and service scoping of Ericsson CS Core solutions (HLR, HSS, CUDB, Multi Activation) and who will also be part of the project delivery team's deployment and integration activities. 

In this role, you will apply knowledge and expertise to develop Solution Architecture, translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and services. You will also support sales organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects. In addition, you will secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization. 

You will:

  • Plan implementation of the solution configuration / integration;
  • Execute product configuration & solution integration, migration;
  • Prepare system test, module test and accept test;
  • Execute internal & Customer Acceptance testing;
  • Identify and drive improvements;
  • Act as domain specialist / Solution Architect in pre-sales activities (scoping, design, execute technical presentations);
  • Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and partners

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Solid experience in Telecom Industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of CS Core (in particular UDC) concepts and mechanisms;
  • Knowledge and understanding in Data Centers / Virtualization and Cloud technologies;
  • Experience in Communication Services (IMS, CS, Signaling) and IP Networking technologies;
  • Ability to understand technical issues and the ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity;
  • Demonstrated initiative in seeking out projects that improve technical skill set, technological efficiencies, quality of product, sales opportunity and leads;
  • Confident written/verbal communication and listening skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian;
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;

Additional Requirements (as a plus):

  • Able to generate and articulate technical presentations and solution scenario to sales/account team/customer without any guidance;
  • Actively engage in account/sales team to secure revenue;
  • Able to identify/qualify beneficial sales opportunities and take initiative with account team to develop the business that will lead to revenue generation;
  • Generate tools/ideas to peers to increase efficiency or ways to increase revenue generation;
