Brand Manager

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of

Brand Manager (Consumer Health)

Major tasks and responsibilities:

• Evaluation of possibilities on respective brands and elaboration of brand development strategy in order to increase CH market share in respective OTC market segments.
• Regular analysis of marketing information, competitors’ activities, identification of customers and consumers’ needs, evaluation of possibilities on brands’ development and cost effectiveness of marketing activities evaluation.
• Creation of long-term and short-term promotional plans (all stages of ATL, BTL, digital) and Brands’ budgets.
• Manage and optimize brand awareness and promotion across online channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation
• Execute seasonal marketing campaigns to meet financial targets; identify and support new opportunities to maximize growth areas
• Manage effective agency partnerships involved in all digital marketing initiatives
• Strong collaboration with Opinion Leaders in respective category.
• Setting tasks and objectives on brands’ promotion to external executors and CH Field Force.

Requirements:

• Higher education preferably in Marketing, Medical or Pharmaceutical. 
• 2-4 years of Brand management experience and Media, digital marketing in pharmaceutical industry
• Solid knowledge and understanding Pharmaceutical market.
• Knowledge of sales channels organization, marketing communication.
• Ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized.
• English: Fluent.
• Key competencies: drives result and customer centricity, collaboration, manages ambiguity
