SAP Manager / Consultant

KPMG Ukraine is looking for SAP solution architect with in-depth experience in supply chain management and/or finance in the IT and Cyber Advisory Group.

What we do:

KPMG IT Advisory and Cyber Advisory provides consulting services in area of

-           Digital Strategy and Transformation, planning the architecture of business applications

-           Automation of finance and supply chain functions based on SAP products or products of other vendors

We are looking for a experienced individuals with strategic thinking and understanding of overall SAP line of products and SAP-driven transformation. Consultants should also have good technical skills in the area of finance and / or supply chain management and good command of English.  

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in the sales cycle for IT Architecture and ERP implementation projects. Taking lead on ERP-related proposals
• Executing complex consulting engagements for clients operating in different areas (retail, agriculture, media, banking, metals and mining, oil&gas and other);
• Collecting requirements to the systems from business. Perform fit-gap analysis and scope definition
• System landscape harmonization/ transformation based on SAP products. Developing functional architecture
• Technical design 
• Implementation, project management or QA
• Client relations: business communication, field work, interviews, presentations, etc.;
• Leveraging KPMG alliances with technology vendors (SAP, Microsoft) and KPMG global competence centers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience in SAP-driven Supply Chain transformation or process improvement or finance function transformation 
• Experience in design, configuration and project delivery using: Materials Management (SAP MM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Production Planning (SAP PP), Project System (SAP PS/ PPM) and Investment Management (SAP IM)
• 2 or more years of experience with SAP Supply Chain capabilities (SAP eWM, SAP TM, SAP IBP, SAP Ariba)
• Experience in FI, FI-GL, new GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-FM, FI-AA, 
• Кnowledge of CO, MM, SD, PP and their integration with FI
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and environments.

Will be an advantage:

• Professional certifications in SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S / 4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates 1709
• Participation in international projects
• Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
