Digital Marketing Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Generate and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Create, edit, publish and share engaging content on daily base
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Stay up-to-day with new trends in social media communication and constantly improving communication effectiveness; recommend new technologies, design tools and applications
• Collaborate with other teams, like recruitment to ensure brand consistency
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Measure and analyze the success of our content on social media
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
• Create and optimize marketing campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords)
• Support the development of Personal Brands of key leaders KPMG Ukraine in social media

The candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Proven work experience in SMM
• Hands on experience in content management
• Copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content
• Understanding of the general principles of attracting customers and experience of working with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Analytical, communication and multitasking skills
• Experience in writing texts in English, Ukrainian and Russian
