Senior Consultant, Supply Chain and Procurement Services

Responsibilities:

• Take part in client engagements and work streams related to procurement, supply chain and operational improvement projects
• Help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Help execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring
• Assist with proposals preparation and other business development activities

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in management consulting, providing advisory services related to supply chain, procurement, operational restructuring to external clients
• Experience of working in industry (large multinational companies (FMCG, manufacturing)) is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of demand planning and replenishment, procurement process, logistics, transportation, warehouse management, inventory optimization, distribution and sales
• Experience of procurement process\function reframing or transformation, strategy development, creating and calculating business cases
• Experience in mapping and analysis of "AS IS" processes, re-engineering and development of "TO BE" business-process, knowledge of various BPM software, notations systems and methodologies is an advantage
• Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Excellent Power Point skills
