Recruitment Specialist for Lviv office

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment - mostly graduates
• Search and screening of CVs, reference checking
• Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
• Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process
• Coordinating recruitment marketing and employer branding projects for Lviv office
• Participating in developing and implementing campaigns for attracting graduate candidates at the local level, including organizing internal and external events, cooperation with universities and student organizations
• Delivering Induction courses for new hires, advising on HR policies
• Assisting with HR Administration

Requirements:

• University degree
• English at Upper Intermediate level
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment and recruitment marketing experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency
• Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus)
• Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills
• Understanding the whole in-house recruitment cycle
• Experience in organizing events will be a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian and English
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
• Friendly, confident, attentive to details
