Job Description:

Silpo team is looking for Data Analyst / Data Scientist to help us with implementation of Operational Analytics function to develop analytical tools for rapid growth of newly formed food delivery business. As a team member at E-Commerce Business Unit of Fozzy Group, you will help to transform our operational data and KPIs into tangible business value by analyzing information, communicating outcomes and collaborating on product development.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on products / services / business unit functions, evaluate & forecast performance;
• Transform large data sets into insights, recommendations and actionable plans for product management teams, take part in alpha & beta testing;
• Develop A/B tests based on ML to identify hidden effects on food delivery consumer behavior, growth drivers & profitability metrics;
• Maintain SQL queries and procedures to translate output of data analysis into insightful reports;
• Develop ad-hoc dashboards and define KPI metrics to monitor project performance and identify key insights for product optimization;
• Create reports and presentations for top & senior management;
• Collaborate with project team: Product Owners, Product Managers & Data Engineers during entire project life cycle, take part in CRISP-DM standard implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Quantitative Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / Computer Sciences / Finance;
• At least 2 years working experience on Data & Analytics;

• Strong mathematical background in Linear algebra, Probability, Statistics & Optimization Techniques;
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing methodology;
• Experience in handling Structured and Unstructured data, writing advanced SQL queries, Data Wrangling, Data Visualization, Data Acquisition & Predictive modeling;
• Willingness to learn, professionalism and dedication, able to work under pressure.

Skills

Must Have

• Knowledge of Reporting and Business Intelligence Software (Power BI, Tableau)
• SQL (Window & Analytic functions, Nested Queries);
• Skills in Advanced Regression Modeling, Multivariate Analysis, Time Series Analysis and application of Statistical Concepts (Hypothesis testing, A/B tests, Factor analysis / PCA).

Preferred

• Python (at least numpy, pandas, sklearn, pulp);
• Experience with A/B testing;
• DWH Management;
• Machine Learning techniques (Decision Trees, Random Forest, SVM, Bayesian, XG Boost, K-Nearest Neighbors).
