QA Team Lead

Description 

We are looking for a QA Team Lead to assess software quality through manual and automation testing.

You will be responsible for managing and motivating QA team, participating in continuous improvements for QA process. You should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will have an opportunity to apply best practices you've learned along your whole career as QA engineer.

Responsibilities:

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;

Mentoring team and establishing quality assurance process;

Preparation of test cases and determining what should be tested and how, developing test documentation;

Defining quality standards and metrics for the product;

Align testing processes, standards, methodologies and approaches with Head of direction;

Perform functional and non-functional testing of software;

Making conclusion and reporting about stability of the product

Requirements:

3+ years of testing experience

Good understanding of testing processes, methods, and concepts

Design and development of test documentation (test plan, test strategy, test cases, checklists)

Good knowledge of SQL and Excel

Good understanding of the bug tracking workflows

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

The ability to prepare and present reports to management

Strong analytics skills

English (Intermediate and higher)

Additional Competences:

0,5 year of experience in leading

Experience with test management systems (Zephyr)

Experience with XML

Experience in automation testing

Experience with personal coaching and setting up evaluation system for team members
