We're looking for Data Analyst

About your team:

A team of 30+ SW & QA Engineers + 3 System Administrators, working on a cloud security product applied to all major platforms (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows).

Web part is developed on PHP (Symfony Framework) using MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch,Redis, RabbitMQ.The team is actively working at the optimization of our development process, implementing CI, auto-tests.

In our goal to increase/develop the company we highly value goal-oriented people who can bring their own vision, make difference and actively influence processes/methods on the way to reach it.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of an automated reporting system based on OLAP cubes as a project analyst;
• Provision of automated reporting;
• Analysis of data to identify the causes of deviations in business metrics, as well as optimization of activities;
• Forecasting the financial results of projects based on the modeling of performance indicators;
• Participation in projects related to the optimization of business processes (data collection, preparation of statistics, analytical reports, etc.);
• Analysis of costs and monitoring of optimal work with budgets;
• Knowledge of web analytics;

Requirements:

• Technical Higher Education, good theoretical background in analytics (knowledge of higher mathematics, theory).
• Deep analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Excel at a high level (formulas (including array formulas), tables, pivot tables, connection to external sources).
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Analytical thinking, ability to find patterns in studied data sets, reasons for the deviations of indicators that describe business processes, briefly and accurately focus on the main causes of deviations;
• Ability to bring data of various types into a single system;
• Python programming experience

Preferably:

• Good understanding of digital marketing, understanding of online; business, knowledge of its main specific indicators;
• Work experience in analytics.
