Product Manager

LeanSquad is a completely remote, distributed team of specialists that develops web and mobile applications. 

All our dev guys are from Eastern Europe. Clients are mainly from the USA, both established companies and startups (teams and individuals), often far from IT and development, or without their resources, and therefore have chosen LeanSquad for technical support of their projects. This niche is quite in demand, that’s why the team is growing.

The company values the ability to solve a wide range of tasks and support a really operating product (or even several) independently, minimally distracting colleagues (although, you can always count on the help of the Product Owner in communicating with customers). Personal initiative, creativity, and a desire to help the business and the clients are highly valued. We are looking for capable and talented specialists.

Position Description:

Our product managers work on requirements gathering from stakeholders, product vision, product roadmap, epics, and user stories to build the product and run them by early adopters and release them to mass users.

Product owners always team up with our UI designers who see the world through user flows, screens, components, visual element states and colors. Together, our design guys design products that do build naturally into users’ life.

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering from stakeholders
• Developing the product roadmap

• Coordinating team from product concept to launch

• Ensuring the quality of delivering product through regular testing

• Delivering product demos to numerous business stakeholders and early-stage prospects

• Prioritizing the list of user stories and break them down into sprints

What You Bring to the Team:

• We need you if you have a strong background in Business Analysis

• Creative thinking with an analytical mind and enjoy making various structured materials (schemes, graphs, diagrams)

• You are able to transform business ideas into detailed requirements and break those down into features and user stories

• You should be a hard worker and a quick learner

• Fluent/advanced English
