We are looking for an Operations Manager who is responsible for managing daily operations of the organization and Customer Sales Development Department, in particular, reviewing processes, workflows, and systems in place, evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of those, implementing adjustments upon need, and improving them. 

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director and working closely with the Customer Sales Development department to maintain the effectiveness of internal processes and workflows. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large volumes of data 

  • Document SOPs 

  • Develop weekly/monthly/yearly targets and KPIs for the department(s)

  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance

  • Design departmental internal SLAs 

  • Analyze existing processes

  • Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards

  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures

  • Collaborate with senior management for administrative purposes

  • Control departmental compliance

  • Work in internal process management systems & CRMs (e.g. Planhat, Relax General & Workbench, Looker, GDS)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6+ months of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role

  • G-suite & Excel Advanced knowledge (scripts, formulas, presentations)

  • Auditing and reporting 

  • Outbound & Inbound Sales process awareness

  • Data entry & processing skills

  • Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company

  • Flexibility & adaptability 

  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes

  • Strong organizational skills & decision-making

  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and critical thinking mindset 

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Will be a plus experience in:

  • Business administration 

  • Finance

  • Project management

  • Planhat, Relax General & Workbench
