Recruiter for the US team

We're looking for a Recruiter to work with the US market. If you are not scared of challenges, are fond of recruitment - you are a perfect fit! 

Daily Todos:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media, and through referrals for the US market

• Analyzing employment market and its key tendencies

• Participating in preparing job descriptions

• Interviewing candidates at various stages of the recruitment process (phone screening calls, video interviews) 

• Keeping records in the recruitment database - modern ATS

• Participating in internal recruitment programs and initiatives 

• Participating in other internal procedures and HR activities upon request of the Head of HR department

Required qualifications and skills:

• 1+ year of experience as a Sourcer\ Recruiter

• Experience in using various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)

• Interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques (will be an advantage)

• Effective negotiation and communication skills (both orally and in writing)

• Advanced level of English is a must

• Familiarity with ATS systems would be a plus

• Time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Initiative, energetic, enthusiastic and positive
