The Web team creates landing pages for CIENCE's client campaigns that serve to expose prospects to client brands, deliver interactive (chat) experiences, and ultimately convert visitors into appointments on-page. We are seeking a strong Team Lead to migrate to a new tech stack, drive efficiencies into our workflows, more fully automate processes, and serve as the single-point-of-contact for managing all client web experiences.

You: A background in web dev, operations, management, and deployment of dynamic websites. Also, you understand core marketing principles, have created and sustained a seamless process of launching websites, and are a data-driven leader/manager - we want to meet you.

Experience level: 3-5 years

Daily ToDo's:

• Manage the building and deployment of Client Landing Pages: full workflow (plan, execute, communicate with CIENCE management, manage the team, solve problems, make decisions, manage situations, develop the service, client communication)
• Support, improve, optimize, and automate client web landing pages (deployment of landing page building tech stack, including personalization, dynamic page optimization, interactive elements -- including conversational marketing tools, troubleshooting, and constant improvement).
• Manage additional incoming requests related to the web (building reports, interfaces, automation, etc.)
• Running a tight schedule with cost allocations for headcount, software, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise expected increases in output, demand, and production of webpages.
• Handle web analytics together with the team for optimal reporting to management and clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Hire, professionally develop, and set pay schedules of Web team members.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Web knowledge (how websites work, tracking codes, DNS, NS records, etc..)
• Experience in web development
• Experience with task/project management tools (Basecamp, Trello, Jira)
• Excellent knowledge of GSuite tools
• Web analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Heat-mapping tools, A/B testing,
• Conversion tracking setup-- Pixels, Events, etc).
• Familiarity with data routing tools such as Segment.
• Understanding marketing principles
• Knowledge of UI/UX
• Attention to detail
• Excellent English level, especially in business communication
• Compliance with deadlines
• Great problem solver, ability to think fast in yet unknown situations
• Adept Project Management capabilities.

Bonus round:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of visual editing tools (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.) + visual workflow tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL
