New-brand hotel Mercure Kyiv Congress, part of AccorHotels worldwide chain, is looking for an energetic Sales Manager to join our innovative team.
Key requirements:
- 4 to 5 years' experience in the hotel Sales department at the position of Sales Manager is strongly required
- Clear understanding of Kyiv market and the hotels business strategies
- Experience of negotiations with top management of corporate companies and associations
- Cooperation with embassies and government associations is a plus
- Understanding the market share (industry, segments) and demand, ability to analyse and adjust to the rapid changes
- Advanced Opera user
- Fluent English both written and oral. Other foreign languages is a plus
- Experience in public performances. Delivered speech.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word)
- Business correspondence and etiquette
- Work experience in AccorHotels is a plus
- Perfect communication skills and team player
Key responsibilities:
- Key account management of dedicated segments
- Conducting daily sales cold calls, arranging meetings and site inspections is a must
- Full responsibility of managing the accounts and arranging all kind of activities for retention, development and acquisition the leads
- Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions
- Resolving all issues within account at any levels
- Achievement of set KPIs
- Maximizing of database extending and budget achievement
- Processing contract signing
- Close cooperation within Sales department team members, Reservations and Front office
- Reporting Directly to Director of Sales on daily and monthly basis
- Participation in active life of department and hotel
