Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Social Media Engagement Specialist, Social Media Listening team in Lviv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage brand/corporate assets on Facebook and Twitter: engage with consumers, respond to questions, complains inquiries and praises;
• Cooperate closely with brand/corporate communications team, with agencies that create content for the page;
• Build the knowledge base of FAQs and answers according to the brand essence and tone of voice.

Main requirements:

• University degree (preferably in communication or philology field);
• Knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
• Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks;
• Good communication skills, listening and analytical skills (oral and written).
• Result focus and action-orientation;
• Proficiency in French (Upper Intermediate: spoken and written)
• Knowledge of English (intermediate)
