Marketing Manager

You will be working from our office in Kyiv. As you'd expect, your experience in Internet marketing should blow us away and, if you have any experience in Event Marketing, this is a huge advantage but, despite it being highly desired, it is not necessary for a right candidate. We expect you to be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, a trial task will be given to perform (don't fret yet). It is compulsory that you know how to handle website content and popular CMS systems, know how to ride a Mailchimp and other highly effective mailing tools. Ability to communicate effectively and attract media partners and associations is important. We need you to go out and establish trusted relationships with the leading media and associations in Ukraine, so they can promote our events via their respective channels. Occasionally, you would be required to attend other events and functions to represent the company and build our network (yes, a glass or two of Champagne will not do any harm). Your experience with ads placements on the Internet and social media is very significant, we want to hear from you on how we can take advantage of digital tools to generate web-traffic and bookings. Analytical skills and ability to keep up to deadlines are indispensable, we are very disciplined and follow the process precisely, “Time is money” as you know. Experience with CRM systems is also very much desired, as well as advanced knowledge of English language (our bosses are based in London) and Native Ukrainian. You will also be responsible for marketing analytics and doing some research for international business conferences and forums, improving customer journey.
Now the boring bit. A Database. This is something that we want you to treat as a baby and help it grow carefully and steadily (data research, analytics, segmentation, selections). It needs to be always in awesome shape and always well fed so we can mail our e-shots to a growing database of contacts.  
You will also manage the team of 2 Telesales specialists on a daily basis.
