Customer support representative - Portuguese

We are a successful, progressive company in the field of financial sphere that is looking for the highly motivated customer support representatives with compliance skills.

No sales, no marketing tactics – support and care only!

We are primarily focused on over the phone, emails and chats assistance. All the tasks are performed in the CRM system, developed in the company according to company`s needs.

Our goal is to provide expert assistance to all clients we contact.

If you want to become a part of our fast-growing team, The requirements are:

• High Level spoken and written Portuguese
• Must be currently located in Kiev, Kiev region or surrounding areas
• Computer literacy
• Must be 18 years old or older

The role details:

• Full time occupation (8 working hours, 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minutes breaks) 
• Monday – Friday scheduled midday shifts. Overtime and weekend shifts are extra paid
• 24 days of paid vacation per year;
• Paid sick leave;
