Master call is looking for Recruiter to join to HR department and stay a part of our well-known innovative company, one of the worldwide financial market leaders.

Main requirements:

• B2+ English — must;
• A self-confident and energetic person, an easy communicator, does not afraid of new challenges;
• Experience in recruiting — advantage;
• Experience in financial sphere — advantage;
• Ability to find common language with candidates, newcomers, employees.

Responsibilities:

• Sourced and recruited candidates by using databases, social media etc;
• Screened candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conducted interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Assessed applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
