MasterCall LLC is looking for an HR Generalist (People Partner) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Development and management of personnel adaptation processes (introduction of new employees, coordination of the process of their adaptation);
• Suggestions for improvement and participation in the development of employee motivation systems;
• Development and maintenance of a system of personnel development, training and mentoring;
• Participation in the construction and provision of internal communications;
• Implementation of HR-initiatives in the work of the company;
• Maintenance and development of corporate culture, values, and goals;
• Participation in internal HR projects of the company;
• Development of instructions, regulations and their subsequent implementations in the company;
• Maintaining and creating reports.

Requirements:

• English В2+;
• Experience 2 years +;
• Able to work with Office 365.
• Successful experience in the creation, organization, and implementation of internal HR processes in the company;
• High social and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently, focus on results and responsibilities;
• Good presentation skills.
