Marketing Assistant

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning specialist to join our team due to the constant growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities
• Managing social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
• Implementing initial steps to develop client relationships
• Content writing and distribution 
• Participate in Internal Product Promotion
• Whitepapers, ebooks creation
• Providing market research
• Participate in HR Marketing strategy creation

Main requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher 
• A basic understanding of digital marketing, IT marketing channels both for recruiting and client acquisition
• Ability to write text correctly and logically in English and Ukrainian
• Creative mindset and a good eye for details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn
• Curiosity and genuine interest in marketing and business development

Will be a plus:

• Creativity and the ability to generate ideas on an ongoing basis
• Experience in SMM/Content Production 
• Certification in Marketing
