HR Generalist

BURSA Brand is searching for a professional recruiter to fully manage the recruitment process in all our existing and upcoming projects. We are a small company with a total of 70 people, however, we are growing quite fast and we need help in finding the right talent for the open positions.

People = our talent is everything for us, we need the best of the best, most productive, motivated and open-minded people. We have a strong corporate culture that starts with every new team member and we want to be damn sure that we find the person for the open position.

The recruiter is the first point of contact of the potential candidate with BURSA values and culture - therefore we need a person who strongly believes in our mission and is ready to bring the BURSA brand further.

Your main 2 tasks are going to be:

• Finding talent (people) for BURSA Hotels, BURSA Cabins, BURSA Beer

• Promoting the corporate culture of BURSA Brand among all employees

• Monitor & implement the corporate standards of BURSA

Other more specific tasks we will discuss during a personal meeting.

The recruiter is also gonna be doing some of the HR tasks, which are mostly associated with the corporate culture of BURSA to make sure that each and every employee of BURSA shares the same values and is treated in the same way.

RUQIRMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a professional recruiter or HR manager
• Perfect English (fluent)
• Willingness to work in the dynamic environment
