Manager TeleSales

Working hours: 16:00-24:00, Monday-Friday

Qualifications: 

- Excellent written and spoken English

- With experience working with international customers. ideally in the US/English speaking markets

- With knowledge and working experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Travel/Hospitality industry

- Working knowledge in Office 365, Internet & email

- Very good organizational skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

- Works well with the team and with sound work ethics

- Willing to work on Night Shift

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Handles sales calls and inquiries from clients/agents

- Responsible for revenue growth

-  Responsible for daily/weekly KPI

- Provides assistance on sales and marketing projects and telesales campaigns

- Handles incoming & outgoing emails

- Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned
