BookBuses Inc. is a technology company based in New York City, New York. We are an online platform that offers fast pricing and booking of charter buses.

 

Profile:

Our company is looking for a senior account manager. Your job is to engage with inbound leads and / or work on developing larger accounts.

There are no outbound phone sales and we never do cold calling. You should be courteous and polite on the phone while helping potential customers and create long term fans of our company and service. In addition, you should be clear and concise in your communication, a good listener, and a problem solver. You should also have good negotiation skills and a sales mindset. Be proud of making things happen, convert clients and make them happy.

 

This position is for: If you are a good communicator, a creative problem solver and get stuff done with a positive attitude you will succeed in this position and you will make a nice bonus. You can build strong long term relationships and you can also confident make an ask to book or pay or close.

 

This position is not for: If you are the kind of person who needs a lot of micro management and super clear instructions on what to do from A> Z. If you are the kind of person that is insecure and if you hesitate to pick up the phone and follow up with a customer, then you might not succeed. We want you to succeed!

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales and / or Account Management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Speak and write fluently in English in a professional way.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Willing to work by United States time zone 9am - 5pm (East Coast).

Duties:

  • Connect and respond to inbound leads and help them get the best bus and solution for their event.
  • Be in contact with our vendors and negotiate prices and terms.
  • Help customers make a decision and book trips with BookBuses.
  • Follow up customers, evaluate trips, and retain customers.

Location:

Working at our small Lviv office at Lytvynenka str. 3. (We are considering a location closer to the City after adding a few more ppl. We do already offer Uber shuttle back from the office.)
