We are involved in providing services to international transporters (payments for fuel, tolls, services and automatic VAT refund support). In 2017 we have starded our activity in Ukraine with the head-office location in Lviv.

Our mission is to deliver the most complete range of the Customer support and simplify the procedures related to carriers' traffic on European routes.

Job description:

  • Consulting regarding Company's services
  • Keep in contact with Customers in person and by telephone.
  • Successfully process incoming and outgoing calls and emails
  • Developing and approving logistics part of all documents for the service supply
  • Place and control client's orders to make sure they are timely payed and delivered.
  • Customers data base development: searching and acquisition of clients
  • Monitor of the Customer portfolio about credit exposure, guarantees
  • Debts and claims control;
  • Field Sales Manager assistance in daily operations
  • Ensure that each Customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
  • Office manager duties: ensuring accommodation support, office document circulation controlling

Requirements to successful Candidates:

  • Enjoys working with Customers and building relationships
  • Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
  • High quality communication skills
  • Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
  • Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of Microsoft office suite
  • Have a proactive and accurate attitude;
  • Do various work and to switch easily and quickly between different tasks
  • Set priorities easily
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult people
  • Self- motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Previous experience in logistic, international haulier transport or fuel card business (would be an advantage)
  • Good command of English in writing and speech is a must
  • Polish language knowledge would be an advantage
  • Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PP), CRM
  • University degree
  • Valid international passport
