Here in CoreTeka we help implement IT-innovations into business: starting from business processes analysis up to the completed products. For more than 5 years we’ve been developing expertise in retail, logistics and automotive.

Now we are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist. It is one of the easiest ways to become a part of the IT family! Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate must be able to show an initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.

Basic requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills;

  • At least intermediate level of written English;

  • Excel/Google Sheets (working with formulas, charts, pivot tables);

  • Experience in Linkedin Sales Navigator search.

  • A high level of organization and an eye for detail;

  • Be creative, self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn;

  • Client-oriented approach, ability to understand clients' needs.

Will be a plus:

  • If you send short (15 sentences) email example “first contact with customer” as attachment to CV;

  • Experience with business-to-business lead generation;

  • Knowledge of tools for sending email campaigns;

  • Knowledge of CRM tools for sales managers (Pipedrive);

  • Knowledge of the latest sourcing trends, technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Team; 

  • Search and identify relevant customers through Linkedin Sales Navigator search or direct search;

  • Make the first contact with potential customers (email, message);

  • Sending email campaigns;

  • Analysing the possible needs of potential customers;

  • Fill and maintain internal database;

  • Report on the searching process;

  • Other related duties as assigned.
