International sales manager

Representation of the German company DIMAX Group GmbH, importer and exclusive representative in Ukraine of TM Konner & Sohnen®  (Germany) — generators, garden and power equipment, and TM «Auto Welle» (Germany) — auto accessories. Our company is rapidly growing and developing, therefore, in connection with the expansion, we are now inviting an international sales manager to work!

Responsibilities:

• negotiations
• managing the process of concluding a contract before paying the bill
• implementation of the sales strategy and promotion of the company’s products in European and other countries, expansion of sales markets
• market analysis and development of measures to use potential opportunities for product development and promotion
• increasing the efficiency of business processes in the field of sales
• compliance with correct and timely document flow
• performance of performance indicators
• formation of the necessary reporting
• conducting negotiations and presentations, effective work with clients and dealers

Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience as an export sales manager
• work involves traveling abroad, so the right to freely cross the border is a mandatory requirement
• confident command of the English language (required), knowledge of other languages as an additional advantage
• preference is given to candidates with work experience in international companies working with gasoline equipment (generators, construction equipment, garden equipment) in similar positions.
• sales experience in international markets
• Technical education will be an added advantage
• DIY experience preferred
