AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Senior Brand manager position.

At this role you will work with the Premium brands.

Main accountabilities: 

• Brand strategy, brand plan development & execution;
• Track and analyze brand performance / activities, recommend and execute corrective actions;
• Identify gaps, recommend & implement key actions to deliver yearly objectives (Volume, Market Share, Profitability, Brand Health);
• Lead Creative, 360 Campaigns (including ATL, BTL, SMM, Promo, Events, PR) and on-going conversations development, execution, measuring results; 
• Lead local Insight projects related to the brand in cooperation with Insight team (initiate insights search, develop insights, recommend key actions for brand development);
• Generate and develop Inno ideas, lead Innovation projects aligning with Innovation team and other departments (Technical department, Sales, Legal, Trade-marketing, Planning, Corporate Affairs, Logistics etc.);
• Lead & control media plan development, execution and efficiency (with Connections Team), recommend updating;
• Influence BU & Zone senior management and grantor of a license to present & align brand projects and get means to support them;
• Collaborate with different departments/functions (Technical department, Supply, Planning, Sales, Legal, Trade-marketing & Corporate Affairs, Logistics etc.)
• Coordinate agencies work, ensuring timely and of the highest quality execution of projects (Creative, Media, BTL, Digital, SMM, Promo, Events etc.);
• Establish and manage relations with partners and license grantors;
• Manage brand budget and costs;
• Support Marketing Manager to deliver sustainable growth for AB InBev Efes.

 Requirements: 

• 4-5 years brand management experience in FMCG;
• University graduate in economics, marketing or communication;
• Strong experience in media (Traditional and digital strategy) and brand activations;
• Proactive, ambitious, open-minded, high adaptability & flexibility;
• Excellent analytical, management & communicative skills;
• Up-to-date and willing to learn more in terms of latest technology, social media, music, sports, trends;
• Mobile (ready to travel); living in Kyiv;
• Fluent in English (written & oral) & Ukrainian.
