Compliance Specialist (maternity leave cover)

Main accountabilities:

• Support compliance team on day-to-day legal & compliance actions;
• Support global compliance team in performing compliance audits;
• Support compliance team on tracking and monitoring specific projects;
• Standardize and design processes in order to reach maximum efficiency;
• Participate actively in the process of Anticorruption, Data Privacy and Competition dashboard follow-up on a regular basis and propose actions to close the gaps if revealed;
• Escalate and highlight any issues risks to the team lead, propose solutions and ensure timely resolution;
• Comply to Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

• University degree (master) or equivalent by experience;
• Fluent Russian and Ukrainian;
• Good knowledge of English (upper-intermediate and above);
• 1-2 years related process experience (including working with commercial contracts);
• Interest in working with contracts (distribution agreements, license agreements, procurement contracts) and with anti-corruption compliance;
• Coordinating skills;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Results and process orientated;
• Very organized, pro-active, energetic, problem solver;
• Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel.
