Junior Operation Center Engineer, Italian language is preferred

DFM is a branch of an innovative Italian IT Group. According to its company's growth plan, is looking for Junior technicians with experience in solving problems for Client/Server, to be hired permanently in its company in Kiev.

The ideal candidate is able to manage and resolve issues related to the world of computing, working for a supporting role to remote users.

Essential requirements: management capacity and resolution of issues of personal computers/servers/printers etc.

Management and resolution of problems of applications, e-mail, Office programs and Antivirus/Antispam

The person we seek has learning ability and a real and concrete propensity for continuing education; has experience working in a team and fits easily within the already structured working groups, has strong attitude for problem solving and operational autonomy for solving problems on the client side.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in engineering/IT disciplines and have good knowledge of English and/or Italian.

Availability and flexibility, strong customer orientation complete the profile.

Skills required:

Good knowledge of operating systems Windows Client (Windows 7 and Windows 8; good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 2007, 2010.365); good knowledge of viruses and spam issues and removing threats.

Knowledge of Italian language will be your great benefit.

A basic knowledge of computer networks and network infrastructure.

The interview will be performed in Italian/English.

The level of the salary will be discussed during the interview based on the actual experience and skills gained.

Il candidato ideale e in grado di gestire e risolvere problematiche legate al mondo del client computing svolgendo attivita di supporto agli utenti da remoto.

Requisiti essenziali: capacita di gestione e risoluzione delle problematiche su personal computer e stampanti

Gestione e risoluzione delle problematiche su applicativi Office e posta elettronica e programmi Antivirus/Antispam

La persona che cerchiamo ha capacita di apprendimento ed una reale e concreta propensione alla formazione continua; ha esperienza di lavoro in team e si inserisce con facilita all'interno di gruppi di lavoro gia strutturati, ha forte attitudine al problemsolving ed autonomia operativa per la risoluzione di problematiche sul mondo client.

Il candidato ideale deve aver conseguito la Laurea in discipline ingegneristiche/ informatiche ed avere buona padronanza della lingua italiana.

Disponibilita e flessibilita, forte orientamento al cliente completano il profilo .

Competenzerichieste Buona conoscenza sistemi operativi Windows Client (Windows 7 e Windows 8; buona conoscenza applicativi mondo Office Microsoft (Office 2007, 2010,365); buona conoscenza problematiche virus e spam e rimozione minacce.

E gradita la conoscenza di base delle reti di calcolatori e delle infrastrutture di rete.
